  My chosen topic was Types of Computers, this goes hand and hand with technology and is the reason why technology has blown up they it did. There are many different computers and each one has its unique function and purpose. According to Wikipedia the first mechanical computer was conceived in the 1820s by Charles Babbage but wasn’t built until 1991.   Social engineering is a tactic of manipulating, influencing, or deceiving a victim in order to gain control over a computer system, or to steal personal and financial information.   An example of social engineering, an attacker would pretend to be an executive of a cooperation and tricks the person into sending money to an offshore bank account. HTTPS Phishing is a type of phishing attack where attackers use fake websites that have the https prefix to appear legitimate and trustworthy, tricking users into revealing sensitive information.   The industry I will be talking about is technology in healthcare. In healthcare technology is there to help out doctors look at our medical records, now that is done digitally. They no long have to wake weeks for a fax or the papers for our records. But also,it allows our doctors to see us remotely and be able to prescrible some medicine that wayl instead of meeting face to face. With some people remote visits are essential. One thing I learned that I seen on shows and articles is that they are using robotics in surgical procedures.    Which is an amazing tool for us so our doctors can get to places on our bodies.   Part 1  I pinged google.com, verizon.com, Netflix.net and Netflix.com.  When I was trying to ping other countries it was a little confusing my being able to ping google compared to Verizon the pings , there was no packet loss, transmitted over 12 and received all 12. When I pinged Netflix.net and .com there was 100% packet loss and none received.  Ping and tracroute can be used to troubleshoot since ping can test the reachability of a device on the network and trace route is good for tracing network problems, discovering connections failures, and tracking down latency problems.  A ping or trace route command may time out because the target host has been down or unable to be reached or the network path being congested.

  The mobile app I am familiar with would be the mail app on ios devices preferably the iphone. I review my mail almost every 2 hours because I have a variety of things coming in or that I need to send out. The mail app features are accessing multiple email accounts, reading and or replying to messages, being able to search/ filter the email and organize the emails. Usability: The mail app provides a person the ability to compose a message, read a email, organize their emails and delete emails. I just learned the apple mail is not intended for a business email management and maybe limited in certain areas.   Design: The Apple mail did get a huge update with ios 18.2 where features like categorization, contact photos and a new inbox layout. I personally find the new layout overwhelming and very confusing. So I keep mines at the old feature which ios allows you to go back and forth between.       My experience with building a program using scratch was first very confusing. I got overwhelmed and was rereading the assignment and for some reason my brain was not getting it. I wanted to create a dialog, that is easier said than done. I tried a few time playing around with the different blocks to start one conversation and end another. I was able to a three section dialog but was unable to figure out how to continue it.   When creating a program I found it was very important to end one box before starting a new one. When programming I always need to the box and end the box. But every other little box made a difference in what my little sprite was going to do or will do. Having to but in an extra block so my sprite could wait was very important. I learned that its all about the correct assembly, if it’s not correct what I was hoping to happen during my scratch project was not happening at all.
